Supply Chain Analyst

Remote (Worldwide)

We are looking for Supply Chain Analysts to help our clients analyze operations, optimize supply chains, and support data-driven decision-making.

About the role

We are hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to own inventory management and day-to-day administration of inventory, purchasing, and receiving activities within the CIN7 ERP system. You will own the accurate recording of finished goods, raw materials, components, and marketing inventory across co-manufacturer and internal locations, and ensure that purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory adjustments are processed on time and accurately to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly close cycles.

This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and partners closely with Accounting, QC, co-manufacturers, and 3PLs. This is a specialized inventory- and ERP-driven position for a candidate with hands-on supply chain or operations administration experience, ideally within a CPG, food & beverage, or regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data (demand forecasts, overstock, at-risk inventory); reconcile FG inventory monthly with co-manufacturers and complete approved adjustments in CIN7
  • Set up and manage SKUs, components, and bundled products across ERP and 3PL systems

Purchase Orders & Supplier Management

  • Create weekly and monthly POs in CIN7 for co-manufacturers and marketing suppliers; onboard new suppliers as needed
  • Coordinate shipments from co-manufacturers to 3PLs and manage shipping documentation (COAs, ASNs, labels)

Receiving & Documentation

  • Receive FG, raw materials, components, and marketing items into CIN7 based on receipts and consumption data
  • Save and forward PODs to AP, including drop-ship receipts to co-manufacturers

Sales Orders & Sample Orders

  • Create intercompany sales orders and invoices quarterly; process B2B customer orders and invoices via EDI and CIN7
  • Enter sample orders, set up new customers, and arrange LTL freight shipments

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Accounting, QC, co-manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity in CIN7
  • Coordinate 3PL-to-Amazon DC inventory movements and other supply chain tasks as directed by the Supply Chain Manager

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain, inventory, purchasing, or operations administration role
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system (CIN7 strongly preferred; NetSuite, Cin7 Omni, Brightpearl, or similar acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of purchase orders, receiving, inventory adjustments, and sales order processing
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, large-dataset cleanup)
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines across weekly, monthly, and quarterly close cycles
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, including POD record maintenance
  • Clear written and verbal English for working with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours with a 9am ET start
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
  • Direct experience working with co-manufacturers or 3PLs
  • Familiarity with consumer goods, food & beverage, or similar regulated manufacturing environments
  • Exposure to basic accounting functions: AP support, intercompany invoicing, month-end reconciliation
  • Experience with SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms
  • Experience with Power BI (or Tableau / Looker) for inventory and supply chain reporting
  • Familiarity with Amazon DC routing, FBA/FBM workflows, or related D2C fulfillment

Tools & Technologies

  • CIN7 (ERP), Microsoft Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, SPS Commerce or comparable EDI platforms, Power BI (a plus), 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central (a plus); Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office

Core Competencies

  • Detail-oriented and process-driven
  • Reliable and consistent in meeting recurring close deadlines
  • Collaborative, particularly with Accounting, QC, and co-manufacturing partners
  • Comfortable balancing scheduled recurring work with ad hoc requests
  • Proactive in flagging inventory discrepancies and resolving them at the source
  • Calm under multi-system, multi-deadline pressure
  • Strong documentation discipline
