What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an experienced Social Content Specialist to act as the voice of the founder and brand across social platforms. This person will lead content creation, audience growth, and day-to-day engagement, with a strong focus on building a high-quality following on X (Twitter). The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing accounts, understands how content spreads across modern platforms, and can translate complex fintech and AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
Responsibilities—What You'll Do
- Ghostwrite content for the founder across X, LinkedIn, and blog channels
- Draft and publish tweets, threads, LinkedIn posts, and blog articles
- Drive follower growth and engagement, with a primary focus on X
- Identify and engage with relevant conversations, trends, and key voices in tech, AI, and fintech
- Proactively comment on and interact with posts from strategically important accounts
- Respond to comments and manage ongoing audience engagement
- Support content for product launches, announcements, and updates
- Manage both founder and company social accounts as the primary content lead
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media, content, or personal brand management for founders, startups, or tech/fintech companies, with a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on X (portfolio required)
- Experience ghostwriting for executives or founders, with the ability to capture and maintain a consistent voice
- Deep expertise in X (primary), plus strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and blog-style content; familiarity with Instagram and TikTok preferred
- Exceptional written English (native or near-native), with experience producing both high-performing short-form (posts, threads) and long-form (blogs, thought leadership) content
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and virality, with the ability to consistently drive engagement
- Demonstrated ability to proactively engage (replying, commenting, joining conversations) and build visibility within relevant communities
- Familiarity with fintech, AI, or developer tools, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content
- Fully fluent in English
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time
