Senior Technical Project Manager
We are looking for Senior Technical Project Managers to help our clients lead technical projects, coordinate teams, and ensure successful delivery.
About the role
We're hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of AI-driven implementations for enterprise customers. This role works at the intersection of customers, engineers, and technical systems, translating requirements into execution. Strong ownership, technical fluency (APIs, integrations, system workflows), and enterprise stakeholder management are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project delivery from initial scoping through production deployment for complex technical implementations
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers during implementation; align on goals, timelines, and success criteria
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables with focus on on-time, production-ready outcomes
- Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies; drive resolution across stakeholders
- Coordinate closely with engineering teams to scope feasibility, plan implementation, and ensure smooth handoffs
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical context; bridge business and engineering
- Review technical documentation, APIs, and integrations; support troubleshooting as needed
- Run executive status updates and risk-register reviews with enterprise stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or similar
- Experience managing complex technical or software implementation projects from start to finish
- Comfort with technical concepts: APIs, integrations, system workflows
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation; communicate effectively with engineers
- Strong written and verbal communication with confidence working directly with enterprise stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and keep work moving through ambiguity
- High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through in remote settings
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET)
- Fully fluent in English
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or automation-related implementations
- Exposure to voice technology, conversational AI, or contact center platforms
- Background working with enterprise customers or B2B SaaS products
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification

- Jira, Linear, Asana, Notion, Confluence, Postman, GitHub or GitLab, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Google Workspace; APIs and integration patterns
