Senior Executive Assistant
We are looking for Senior Executive Assistants to help our clients manage executive operations, support leadership, and keep priorities aligned.
About the role
We are hiring a highly experienced and tech-savvy Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to a client's executive team. This is a more senior, automation-leaning EA role for a candidate who leverages advanced technical and project-management tools to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and operate as an executive force multiplier.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars across time zones; prioritize engagements and adjust as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries; handle logistics for smooth experiences
- Act as liaison between executives and other departments, clients, and external partners
- Prepare, review, and format documents, presentations, and reports with high professionalism
- Manage email; flag priority messages; ensure timely responses
- Track project timelines and deliverables; ensure milestones are met
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining detail
- Use advanced productivity software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, PM tools) to optimize workflows
- Automate repetitive tasks where possible (Zapier, Make, scripts, AI assistants)
- Leverage scheduling tools, CRM systems, and data management platforms
- Handle expense reporting, billing, and reimbursements
- Conduct research and compile information to support executive decisions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex schedules and high-level projects
- High proficiency with office productivity software, communication tools, and scheduling platforms
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Fully fluent in English
- Skilled in modern apps and technology
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology-driven environment or familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, AI assistants)
- Experience supporting startup founders or VC partners
- Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Notion)
