We are looking for Marketing Managers to help our clients plan and execute campaigns, drive growth, and strengthen brand presence.

About the role

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to take ownership of multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will both strategize and execute, manage day-to-day marketing operations, coordinate freelancers and vendors, run webinars and events, and own performance reporting. Ideal for an organized, analytical, creative marketer with agency or B2B exposure who is excited to scale marketing systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, SEO, paid ads, webinars, and events
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and coordinate tasks across internal teams, freelancers, and vendors
  • Build, test, and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales goals
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, social content, email copy, and creative briefs
  • Track and report on campaign performance; share insights and recommendations
  • Support webinar production, event promotion, and other demand-generation initiatives
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to align brand and messaging
  • Maintain and update web pages and landing pages using CMS tools (WordPress, HubSpot)
  • Contribute to graphics and campaign visuals (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Take on special projects that strengthen marketing foundations and set up a leadership track

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with agency or B2B exposure
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Apollo
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, ads, SEO, events)
  • Strong content and copywriting skills with attention to voice, tone, and accuracy
  • Experience with webinars, landing pages, and basic CRM management
  • Solid understanding of analytics and performance reporting
  • High proficiency in project management and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple priorities
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or strong interest in architecture/design or legal/Hispanic marketing
  • Experience in event marketing or trade-show planning
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO principles, and organic-reach optimization
  • Working knowledge of ClickUp or other PM tools
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Fluency in Spanish, especially in client-facing or content creation contexts
