We are looking for Marketing Coordinators to help our clients launch marketing initiatives, stay organized, and keep campaigns moving forward.

About the role

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and support marketing operations. This role is a multi-channel hands-on coordinator: you'll build and ship email campaigns in HubSpot, manage social on LinkedIn, run on-page SEO updates in WordPress or Webflow, and assist with LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years' experience, ideally in SaaS or association marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, paid ads, and web
  • Build and schedule email campaigns in HubSpot or comparable platforms
  • Support lead-generation efforts and contribute to pipeline growth in alignment with sales
  • Draft, edit, and publish blogs, emails, landing pages, and social posts
  • Grow and manage social presence (LinkedIn focus): draft and schedule posts
  • Conduct keyword research; optimize content and on-page SEO for search rankings
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Track campaign performance; propose improvements to enhance ROI
  • Gather and organize marketing data to guide strategy
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure on-time deliverables
  • Update website content using CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow)

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, ideally in SaaS or association/membership-based markets
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar)
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML
  • Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Comfort using Zoom for webinars or virtual events
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Fully fluent in English
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (PT, CT, or ET)
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in association or membership-based marketing
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows
