Marketing Associate
We are looking for Marketing Associates to help execute campaigns, support content and email marketing, and keep marketing operations organized.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across email, content, SEO, reporting, workflows, and cross-functional projects. In this role, you will help keep campaigns and projects organized, contribute to day-to-day marketing execution, and support the systems and processes that help the team operate efficiently.
You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong writing skills and a willingness to learn. You enjoy both creative and operational work, from drafting blog content and supporting email campaigns to conducting research, tracking performance, and helping improve workflows. You are comfortable using AI tools to support research and drafting, but you also bring judgment, editing ability, and attention to quality. Over time, this role will grow into greater ownership across email marketing, reporting, and campaign execution. Responsibilities — What You’ll Do
- Support the planning, building, testing, and execution of email campaigns in Klaviyo, including organizing inputs, preparing content, QAing campaigns, and helping ensure sends go out accurately and on time
- Track email campaign performance and maintain reporting on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement trends
- Help analyze campaign results, identify patterns, and surface opportunities for optimization over time
- Assist with creating candidate-focused and other marketing content for email campaigns, landing pages, and related materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards
- Research, draft, edit, format, and optimize blog content for the website, using SEO best practices to support visibility and performance
- Conduct keyword research, competitor research, and content research to support blog planning, on-page SEO improvements, and broader content development
- Support on-page SEO implementation for blog and website content, including headings, metadata, internal linking, formatting, and other content optimization best practices
- Assist with marketing automations, workflows, and implementation projects, helping set up, organize, test, and maintain systems that improve efficiency and execution
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, documentation, and project plans so campaigns, content, and ongoing initiatives remain organized and easy to manage
- Provide support for social media content and coordination as needed, helping the broader team stay organized and supported
- Support cross-functional projects as needed, coordinating with team members across departments to help move work forward and keep stakeholders aligned
- Assist with ad hoc reporting, research, content updates, and special projects that support the broader goals of the marketing team
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content, campaign coordination, or a related role
- Experience supporting email marketing campaigns, ideally in Klaviyo or a similar platform
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to draft blog content, marketing copy, and campaign materials
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page SEO best practices for blog and website content
- Experience conducting keyword research, competitor research, and content research
- Comfort working with campaign and content performance data, including tracking results and helping identify insights
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and moving parts at once
- High attention to detail and strong quality control when reviewing content, links, formatting, and campaign setup
- Comfort using AI tools to support research, ideation, and drafting, while applying strong judgment and editing
- Experience using Google Workspace and comfort learning new marketing platforms and tools quickly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and projects
- A proactive, resourceful approach and genuine interest in growing into greater ownership over time
Nice To Have
- Experience with Klaviyo
- Experience with WordPress or another CMS
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting marketing automations or workflow implementation
- Experience assisting with campaign reporting and performance recommendations
- Comfort with integrations, webhooks, APIs, and automation across marketing tools
- Familiarity with Canva or basic creative asset coordination
- Experience working across cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
