Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Operations & Workflow Consultant to help a growing team implement and adopt AI across their business operations. This limited-term consulting engagement will focus on assessing existing processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven improvements, building practical workflows, and creating the documentation and training needed for long-term adoption.

The ideal candidate is an operations-focused AI practitioner who can independently understand business challenges, design effective AI-enabled solutions, build workflows from the ground up, troubleshoot implementations, and guide teams toward sustainable usage.

Key Responsibilities

AI Workflow Design & Implementation

• Assess existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI optimization

• Work directly with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify improvement opportunities

• Design and build practical AI-powered workflows and systems from the ground up using Gemini Enterprise

• Create and optimize prompts, templates, automations, and repeatable AI processes

• Implement AI solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and productivity across business operations

• Test, troubleshoot, and refine workflows based on real-world usage and feedback

Process Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

• Create clear SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational playbooks for newly implemented systems

• Document AI processes to ensure teams can continue using and maintaining workflows after the engagement

• Develop best practices and guidelines for sustainable AI adoption

• Train team members on newly implemented AI workflows and systems

• Provide hands-on support during adoption to help users confidently integrate AI into daily operations

Operational Improvement & Consulting

• Independently evaluate business needs and recommend practical AI-enabled solutions

• Take ownership of projects from discovery through implementation

• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational efficiency

• Partner with teams to ensure AI solutions align with real business needs

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, business process improvement, project management, consulting, or a similar role

• Strong hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise and Google Workspace

• Demonstrated experience building AI workflows and systems from scratch

• Experience assessing business processes and designing AI-enabled improvements

• Experience creating AI automations and workflows using no-code and/or low-code tools

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, iterate, and improve AI workflows after implementation

• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, workflow documentation, and operational playbooks

• Experience training teams or end users on new tools, systems, or processes

• Strong understanding of applying AI to practical business operations

• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and owning projects independently

• Highly self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing AI solutions across multiple business functions

• Familiarity with additional AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT

• Experience with workflow automation platforms

• Experience consulting with teams on technology adoption

• Background in operations, automation, business systems, or process optimization
