Account Executive

We are looking for Account Executives to help our clients drive revenue, manage sales cycles, and build strong client relationships.

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, quota-carrying Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to close. You will identify and acquire new clients, expand revenue inside existing accounts, and partner with internal recruitment and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer goals. This is a hunter-oriented role that requires strategic outreach, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to influence executive and C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close net-new business
  • Build and execute a territory/account plan that consistently meets or exceeds quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct discovery calls with mid-market and enterprise prospects to surface pain points and tailor solutions
  • Develop and present proposals, pricing, and contracts to decision-makers, including C-level executives
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements that balance margin, scope, and customer success
  • Expand existing accounts through upsell and referral motions, partnering with Account Management on hand-offs
  • Maintain a clean CRM pipeline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho) with accurate forecasting and weekly call reports
  • Track market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
  • Collaborate with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure delivery against client commitments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience as an Account Executive, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager
  • Proven track record of closing new business and meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and contract-closing skills
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities concurrently with sharp attention to detail
  • Fully fluent (written and spoken) in English
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into staffing, recruiting, BPO, HR tech, or SaaS markets
  • Prior success in a remote-first, fully distributed sales organization
  • Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesloft, Gong)
