This Notice provides category-level information about AI-assisted and automated systems Persona may use in recruiting workflows and optional AI Task Services. This Notice is informational and does not create independent contractual rights beyond those required by applicable law or provided in Persona's Terms, Privacy Notices, or other applicable policies.

1. Scope
This Notice applies to AI-assisted and automated systems Persona may use in connection with:
- candidate-account administration;
- recruiting, matching, evaluation, and future-opportunity workflows; and
- optional AI Task Services made available through Persona.
Not every system or category described in this Notice will be used for every candidate, role, project, workflow, jurisdiction, or time period.
2. Recruiting-related AI-assisted systems
Persona may use AI-assisted or automated systems to support recruiting and candidate workflows, including:
- resume parsing and structured extraction;
- duplicate detection;
- fraud or integrity checks;
- application routing and matching;
- prioritization or quality/risk flags;
- assessment scoring support;
- scheduling and workflow automation; and
- related recruiting-support functions.
3. Optional AI Task Services systems
If Persona offers optional AI Task Services, Persona may also use AI-assisted or automated systems to support:
- task routing or assignment;
- project prioritization or throttling;
- quality review support;
- integrity or fraud detection;
- consistency checks;
- workload or access recommendations; and
- related task-administration functions.
4. Data these systems may use
Depending on the workflow, these systems may use categories of data such as:
- account, profile, and application data;
- resume/CV and skills data;
- assessment inputs and results;
- interview notes and reference information where permitted;
- communications and engagement data;
- device, usage, security, and integrity signals;
- task-submission, quality, or productivity data for optional AI Task Services; and
- related internally generated signals, rankings, flags, or scores.
5. Role these systems play
These systems are used to assist Persona personnel and workflows and may be used to support parsing, organization, matching, routing, risk detection, prioritization, quality review, and related operational functions.
Persona does not make final decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means where prohibited by applicable law.
Persona may update, replace, refine, retrain, recalibrate, or discontinue specific models, tools, vendors, thresholds, or workflows from time to time, subject to applicable law.
6. Human oversight and human review
Persona may assign trained personnel or reviewers to:
- review system outputs;
- request more information;
- investigate anomalies or fraud flags;
- override, disregard, or supplement automated outputs;
- escalate issues for additional review; and
- make or support final decisions where required.
Where applicable, you may request human review or additional information about an AI-assisted decision by contacting Persona at privacy@personatalent.com or by using any in-product method Persona makes available. Persona will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. Additional information
Where required by applicable law, Persona may provide additional information or explanations through project-specific notices, product interfaces, help materials, privacy notices, or responses to individual requests.
8. Changes
Persona may update this Notice from time to time. If changes are material, Persona will provide notice as required by applicable law. The Effective Date above indicates when the current version took effect.
